How do you get the Seahorse?

The Seahorse is a limited rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on April 16, 2021, along with the Ocean Egg. It was removed from game on August 19, 2021, and can now only be obtained through hatching any remaining Ocean Eggs or through trading.
Players have a 30% chance of hatching a rare pet from the Ocean Egg, but only a 15% chance of hatching a Seahorse.
