No value for this house on Elvebredd's pet list + the same-scale WFL item list yet — I'm keeping an eye on it.
Pssst — AMVGG has it at 0.0065 on their own list. Different list, different scale — I never mix the two.

The Pirate Ship House is a limited house in Adopt Me! that was added on April 24, 2020, during the pirate update. Before the Last Chance House Sale, it could be bought for 1,600 Bucks. When this house was added, pirate-themed furniture was also added to the game along with the Pirate's Costume and several other pet accessories.
On June 7, 2024, the Pirate Ship House became a part of the Last Chance House Sale, and was on sale for 1,120 Bucks. It was removed from the game on June 12, 2024, and is now only obtainable through trading.
