The Mermaid Rattle is a limited uncommon toy in Adopt Me! that was added to the game on April 20, 2023, as part of the 2023 Gift and Accessory Refresh Update. It could have been purchased for 70 Bucks, 199 Bucks, or 499 Bucks from Small, Big, or Massive Gifts respectively. It is no longer in the current Gifts rotation, and can now only be obtained through trading with other players.
